A Better Carpet and Flooring, located in Southbury CT. Joseph Sajda III established A Better Carpet in 1980 in Stratford CT., and it became A Better Carpet and Flooring LLC. in 2000 when the store opened in Southbury. Over the years we have continued to expand the products we offer to include carpet, tile, hardwood, luxury vinyl, custom area rugs and more. As a family owned and operated business, we understand how important family is and strive to offer quality products and services to your family for your home or business. If you stop in the store, you will be greeted by Joseph, the owner, or Seth Sajda, his son, when Seth is not out working in the neighborhood. If you’re lucky you can even spend time with Vincent Sajda who joined the ranks when he was born in 2021. Vince already has his own sales techniques and can guide you in a stress-free environment.
